Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

While we accept walk-ins in urgent cases, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to minimize waiting time and ensure the veterinarian’s availability.
What types of pets do you treat?

We primarily treat cats and dogs. For exotic animals or other species, please call us in advance to confirm whether we can accommodate their needs.
Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, we provide emergency surgeries and urgent care during business hours. If your pet requires immediate attention, please call us right away at (718) 606-6102.
Are vaccinations required before surgeries?

Yes, all pets undergoing spay or neuter procedures must be vaccinated. Vaccinations help prevent complications and the spread of diseases in our clinic.
How much does it cost to spay or neuter my pet?

What is included in a routine pet examination?

A full check-up includes a head-to-tail physical exam, weight monitoring, dental check, skin and coat evaluation, and listening to the heart and lungs. Blood tests may be recommended, especially for older pets.
Do you offer international travel certificates?

Yes! Our veterinarian is USDA-accredited and can issue both domestic and international health certificates for pet travel. Please contact us early to discuss the requirements for your destination country.
Can I get my pet’s medication directly from your clinic?

Absolutely. We have a fully stocked in-house pharmacy, which includes prescription medications, flea and tick preventatives, heartworm medicine, and prescription diets.
How often should I bring my pet for a check-up?

We recommend a full wellness exam every 6 to 12 months, depending on your pet’s age, breed, and health condition. Early detection is key to preventing serious health issues.
Do you offer dental cleanings for pets?

Yes, we provide professional dental cleaning, extractions, and advanced oral care under anesthesia. Good dental health is essential for your pet’s overall well-being.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid or offer free services. Payment is due at the time of service.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, but we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
